Our interpreters remain impartial, meaning that they do not express personal opinions, do not add or remove any part of your message therefore translating the information fully and accurately and upkeep strict confidentiality. In some situations, it is necessary for the interpreter to intervene such as for clarification or to point out possible misunderstandings.
